We are a female-focused financial planning firm that provides the whole suite of services from Wills to Pensions as well as financial coaching and Lifestyle Financial Planning. We work with female business owners and executive management level female clients who are looking for a collaborative, direct approach with professional support.
Do you have experience as an adviser but are looking for a new challenge for your career, working with a firm long term?
or Do you work in the industry and want to become an adviser with a long-term home?
We aren’t your stereotypical financial advisor firm, we don’t wear suits – more like jeans and jumpers. We believe how we advise and the results we get for our clients is more important than what we look like. We don’t have plush offices and prefer to work from home.
We are honest and up-front and we always let the client know all their options. Our clients love us because we “keep it real”.
We’re looking for an ambitious Independent Financial Advisor to join our team, either someone who has experience as an adviser. Or worked as a trainee, paraplanner or administration role.
Message from Rebecca, Director:
“We are at the point where we are operating a waiting list for clients, this may mean them waiting weeks before we can start the engagement process. I don’t believe in only having a high net worth clients therefore it is time to grow our family by taking on a new adviser to work along side me. We charge IFA fees on reports using flat fees with bandings and without an implantation fee. We also provide coaching and Lifestyle Financial Planning, so there is a real opportunity to join a growing fresh approach whilst still having a balanced life themselves.”

This role is based from home, speaking to clients online however meeting in our Kent (Rochester) office once a week.
The adviser will need to maintain and ensure client files are kept up to date, communicate with clients on a regular basis, compile accurate reports, identify business opportunities and provide a high-quality service that results in reaching business targets.
